Last night Heather and I headed off to Brooklyn to attend a not so traditional birthday party. By not so traditional I mean - read insert below taken from the actual birthday invitation -
Other appropriate attire includes, but is not limited to: overalls, coveralls, anything and everything denim, jumpers, rompers, onesies, speedos, patriotic apparel (God Bless America, the greatest country on earth), and cut-up clothing of any kind. Don’t be a jerk, look awesome.
Gotta love it. Heather and I went with denim on denim and I think we actually pulled it off. I rocked pigtails inspired by having read Jordan’s post yesterday on thegloss.com. The other amazing aspect of this party (besides the obvious sea of jorts) was that the Celtics v. Lakers game was projected on a ridiculously large screen on the roof top. How freaking rad is that!
